PT TASPEN (Persero) or Savings and Pension Insurance is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise that is engaged in the insurance of old age savings and pension funds for Civil Servants.

TASPEN is an abbreviation of Savings Fund and Civil Servant Insurance.

This company was formed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 1969 concerning "Employee Pension and Retired Employees' Widows / Widows," which further facilitated the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 1992 concerning "Pension Funds", as well as the Republic of Law Indonesia Number 40 of 2004 concerning "National Social Security System".
